A Simple Turnover Process
- 1. Send the Work Request: property/community name, unit number, bedroom/bathroom count, requested completion date, standard or deep-turn request, special instructions, and access information.
- 2. We Confirm the Assignment: our office confirms scheduling, scope, and special requirements.
- 3. Our Crew Completes the Turn: the authorized turnover scope is completed using an established checklist.
- 4. Completion Is Reported: the property contact is notified when work is completed; photo documentation can be provided when requested.
- 5. Additional Issues Are Communicated: conditions outside the requested scope are reported before unauthorized additional work is performed.
