We can come to the job site or we can do virtual tour of the house.
No, we charge you based on the time we spent on the job.
Not necessary, we can do virtual tour of the house. We will send you a list of services we provide and if there is any specific request or instructions pertaining to cleaning of your house. Let us know and we will gladly add them. In a case like this, the estimate may be different when we get to the site depending on the amount of work to be done but we will let the customer know and get the permission in case the customer is not at home when we get there. Also, we may request a partial payment before we come over which is refundable if we did not do the cleaning. There is a $45 cancellation fee if the office is not given 24-hour cancellation notice
Yes, we provide the equipment and general cleaning supplies necessary for the job.
We back our cleaning with 100% customer satisfaction but if it is otherwise the customer has 24 hours to call the office and we will gladly send a crew back to re clean.
It depends of the time and season.
No, It depends on how comfortable the customer feels with us
Yes. However, If there is a delay we will notify the customer accordingly.
